It’s Good To Be Back

I found I really missed my blog, particularly when it came to revisiting stuff I did ages ago and finding out how I did things. So, to save me sorting through a stack of Pukka Pads full of scribble, I plan to start updating it again.

I was going to start from scratch and bin the old stuff, but my friend John Hoare at dirtyfeed.org wouldn’t forgive me if I did that, so I’ve added all the old posts here as well as new posts. I wonder how long I’ be able to keep it updated this time!

Bizarrely, although I uploaded this video as a shiny new WebM file, YouTube needlessly transcoded the video to H.264 and insists I need to download the Flash Plug-in to watch it. How strange…

Feeling cut off…

If you are wondering why you can’t contact me today, it’s because I won’t have any electricity and probably no telephone either. The cables that are currently suspended from telegraph poles in my street are being being buried under the pavement.

I’ve finally made my blog feel a little more personal. I call this theme “70s Regional News”. It’s not the world’s most beautiful design, but it’s not supposed to be. I wanted a shabby, tatty beige horror to remind me of shabbier, tattier beiger times.

There are Nutty bars and Spangles in the corner and if you’re very good I’ll let you have a Cadbury’s Moose…

Interlude

Well, time to put the blog to sleep again for a week or two due to a pressing need to actually do some stuff that I can blog about.
